We have negotiated special rates incl. breakfast which are bookable until April, 24th 2012. Please let us know with your registration which hotel you would like us to reserve and if you require a single or double room. Please settle your invoice yourself at departure. Costs arising from cancellations will be your responsibility.

 

Cancellations:

The registration fee will be refunded (minus a cancellation fee of € 50,- or € 12,- for students, plus VAT for administrative costs) for cancellations made in writing by April, 24th 2012 (postal date). No refunds will be made after this date.
